How we handle the small amount of personal data we collect when you visit our website or send us an enquiry.
This policy describes how Quorabit Grooming Sdn Bhd (registered 202301027418 (1516742-P)), operating the website at quorabit.pro, collects and uses personal information. It is written to be understood without a lawyer in the room. If anything in it is unclear, write to us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Information you give us through the contact form - your name, email address, phone number and the message you wrote.
- Information from your visit to the website - your browser type, the pages you looked at, the time you spent, the country you connected from. This is collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Information stored on your device by your own choice - the cookie preference you set on your first visit.
Why we collect it
For a single, simple reason in each case: so we can reply to your enquiry, understand how many people are reading what we write, and remember whether you said yes or no to optional cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for thirty months and then deleted. Analytics records are stored in aggregated form indefinitely - but the individual visit data behind them is deleted after fourteen months. Cookie preferences live on your device and never reach our servers.
Who we share it with
Nobody, with two exceptions: our email provider (which routes messages from the contact form to our inbox) and our analytics provider (only if you opted in). We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not have a marketing list.
Your rights under the Malaysian PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw any consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will reply within twenty-one calendar days.
Children
This website is not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you are a parent and believe your child has submitted information through our contact form, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when something material changes. The date at the top of the page tells you when. The previous version is available on request.
